Requirements

3+ years experience in direct mail/print production.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Pitstop/Neo, MS Office, and Acrobat workflows.
Ability to translate Mac and PC In Design/Creative Cloud projects into Quadient (GMC) Inspire workflows.
Comfortable with advanced layouts with variable and transactional data.
Working knowledge of printed products and processes.
Knowledge of pre-flighting files and trapping process work is key.
Capable of creating a workable WFD file from a complex InDesign project, and an InDesign file that is not only full of moving parts, but may involve conventional printing as well.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Direct Mail production.
Practical command of tables, position scripting, and familiarity with banking and insurance work.
Experience with dynamic layouts, and adapting designs originally developed for the web to print.

Responsibilities

Strictly prepping files for print.
Translate Mac and PC In Design/Creative Cloud projects into Quadient (GMC) Inspire workflows.
Work with advanced layouts with variable and transactional data.
