About The Position

Citibank is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Digital Product Analyst to join the Digital Pre-Login Marketing Acquisition team. This team is focused on transforming citi.com into an industry-leading digital storefront that serves over 500 million annual visitors. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role embedded within the USCC product team, where you will work closely with the Lead Digital Product Analyst to provide data, insights, and operational delivery that shapes citi.com's pre-login experience. You will support personalized, intent-driven journeys that guide prospective customers from their first click to account opening, directly contributing to Citi's critical growth metric: incremental digital account growth. This role is ideal for an analytically minded, curious self-starter eager to enhance their skills in a high-impact digital environment.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in digital analytics, digital marketing, product analysis, or a related field — ideally within financial services or a large-scale consumer digital environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and structured analysis to surface insights and support improvements in digital conversion, engagement, or acquisition.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools (Adobe Target, Optimizely, or equivalent) and CMS platforms (AEM a plus).
  • Basic familiarity with SEO best practices, Core Web Vitals, and site performance principles.
  • Some exposure to tagging, data layer concepts, and QA processes for digital analytics accuracy.
  • Analytical curiosity — comfortable digging into data, spotting patterns, and bringing structured findings to your team, even when the picture isn't immediately clear.
  • Clear communication — ability to present data and analysis in an organized, accessible way that supports the Lead's ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness — developing an understanding of how digital experience improvements connect to broader business outcomes.
  • Execution focus — taking ownership of assigned workstreams, delivering reliably, and proactively flagging blockers before they become problems.
  • Eagerness to learn — receptive to coaching and feedback, and actively seeking to grow skills in digital analytics, product thinking, and acquisition strategy.
