About The Position

As a Marketing Platforms Consultant, you will support teams in the advanced use of digital marketing platforms and data to optimize campaign performance, communication orchestration, and data-driven decision-making. At the intersection of marketing, digital technologies, analytics, and data, this role contributes to the evolution of martech and marketing data practices, primarily through solution delivery, platform integration, and continuous improvement of activation and measurement capabilities. You will actively work within platforms and data environments to configure, maintain, and optimize segments, audiences, customer journeys, data flows, and activation mechanisms. Acting as a delivery partner and operational support, you will collaborate closely with marketing, data, analytics, and IT teams to ensure effective, consistent, and responsible use of marketing platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, information technology, business intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience in an operational role related to marketing platforms and technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in customer data segmentation, activation, and orchestration.
  • Applied knowledge of governance, compliance, and privacy protection issues (e.g., Law 25, GDPR).
  • Experience with platforms and technologies such as Google Marketing Platform, Adobe, Salesforce, Snowflake, or Microsoft.
  • Proficiency in SQL and functional knowledge of JavaScript and Python in a marketing and data context.
  • Experience with API integrations, tag management, and marketing process automation.
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and leverage behavioral, transactional, and campaign data to support the activation, optimization, and measurement of marketing initiatives.
  • Configure and maintain segments, audiences, and personalization rules within marketing and customer data platforms.
  • Participate in the delivery, configuration, and optimization of marketing platforms and technologies.
  • Contribute to the orchestration and optimization of digital and social campaigns on activation platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, and other platforms).
  • Contribute operationally to omnichannel campaigns, customer journeys, and data activation within CDP (Customer Data Platform) and Customer Journey Orchestration solutions.
  • Implement and maintain data flows between marketing platforms, analytical environments, and source systems (e.g., CRM, BI, data warehouse).
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data used in marketing platforms throughout its lifecycle.
  • Apply marketing data governance rules, including consent management, nomenclature, and data usage rules.
  • Provide direct operational support to marketing teams during complex campaigns, including advanced tool configuration and quality control.
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices related to the use of marketing platforms.
