This role involves working under the direction of the Marketing Manager to develop, deploy, and track digital personalization and testing programs. The Digital Marketing & Operations team utilizes the Adobe suite for marketing strategies and campaigns, and this position will support the marketing manager and Enterprise Marketing department in all aspects of Adobe and the martech stack. The consultant will collaborate across teams to ensure efficient use of Adobe for marketing delivery to clients, gather requirements from stakeholders, manage reporting and tracking, and communicate recommendations based on business objectives and best practices. The role also involves recommending and implementing tests, applying insights to future campaigns, and acting as the voice of marketing to the i2 squad by providing marketing and industry insights. Additionally, the consultant will create prioritization and a hierarchy for programs and execution, understand consumer trends and behavior, and identify/resolve project problems and risks.
