Position Summary : Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Strategy Lead, the Digital Performance Strategist will be responsible for developing, leading, and optimizing performance marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels. This role focuses on driving scalable growth, maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), and identifying strategic opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with a strategic mindset and hands-on expertise in paid media, attribution, and performance optimization. This role is central to Dupray’s growth strategy and requires close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and international agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media campaigns, including at least 2 years of agency experience.
  • Proven track record managing and scaling high-budget paid media campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and performance analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and related platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and transform insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead performance marketing strategies across paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, retailer media networks (such as Home depot, Walmart, Amazon, Costco, if needed), and emerging digital channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer acquisition data to identify optimization opportunities and scalable growth initiatives.
  • Build strategic media plans aligned with business objectives, revenue goals, and seasonal priorities in partnership with the agency.
  • Collaborate with international agencies in Europe, Canada, and the USA to ensure consistent and high-performing global campaign execution.
  • Monitor and optimize budget allocation across channels to maximize efficiency, profitability, and ROAS.
  • Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing campaigns and marketing funnel-focused assets.
  • Leverage analytics platforms such as GA4 and attribution tools to evaluate performance and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Deliver regular performance reports, strategic insights, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay current on digital trends, platform updates, attribution changes, and emerging performance marketing technologies.
  • Support broader digital growth initiatives including affiliate marketing, testing frameworks, and customer journey optimization.
