About The Position

The Digital Performance Specialist is responsible for turning marketing and CRM data into actionable insights that drive growth, efficiency, and patient access. This role blends hands‑on analytics, reporting, and operational execution with strategic thinking around attribution, lead quality, and commercial performance. Working closely with the Digital Specialists and cross‑functional stakeholders, the Digital Performance Specialist supports the design, optimization, and measurement of digital marketing and CRM initiatives across paid media, website analytics, and Salesforce. This role is ideal for a data‑curious, fast‑moving operator who thrives in regulated, performance‑driven environments.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in digital analytics, performance marketing, marketing operations, or CRM analytics
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Salesforce, and paid media platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to data integrations, attribution models, or CDPs (e.g., Freshpaint) is a strong plus
  • Experience or interest in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain performance reporting across GA4, Looker Studio, Salesforce, and advertising platforms.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights on media spend, CPL, lead quality, conversion performance, and attribution.
  • Develop standardized dashboards and ad‑hoc analyses to support daily decision making and executive reporting.
  • Monitor trends, surface risks and opportunities, and proactively recommend optimizations.
  • Support the design and maintenance of the Salesforce ecosystem in close partnership with the CRM Manager.
  • Assist with data architecture, integrations, and automation across platforms such as GA4, Freshpaint, and advertising tools.
  • Help ensure CRM configurations support patient journeys, lead management, attribution, and reporting needs.
  • Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across marketing, sales, and patient engagement workflows.
  • Uphold best practices for data governance, access controls, and documentation, particularly in HIPAA‑sensitive environments.
  • Support scalable CRM and analytics workflows that can grow with the business.
  • Ensure reporting and integrations meet compliance, security, and internal standards.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Clinical, and Operations teams to align analytics with commercial objectives.
  • Translate complex performance data into clear recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Serve as a reliable, detail‑oriented partner who follows through on commitments and timelines.
