About The Position

Step into the world of paid media as a Digital Paid Marketing Intern. You’ll support cross-platform campaigns, monitor performance, and help turn data into actionable insights on real clients. This opportunity is best suited for students who will be local to the Pittsburgh area this summer. While we do offer flexible hybrid work schedules, the Digital Paid Marketing Intern will gain more valuable experience by being in-office with the team 1-2 days/week throughout the duration of the internship. We’re looking for driven students who are excited to learn, collaborate, and contribute. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside our team on real projects while building valuable skills that translate beyond the classroom. Our internship program is designed to give you exposure to agency life, opportunities to grow your skill set, and a chance to see how great ideas turn into great work. This position is open to current college students who are able to earn academic credit through their program of study upon completion of the internship. This is an unpaid, for-credit opportunity running from June-August, with flexible start and end dates. Interns will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance throughout the internship. While much of your work will be completed independently, your mentor will support you as you gain hands-on, real-world experience and further immerse yourself in the industry.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Execute and support advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, The Trade Desk, etc.
  • Monitor and track daily pacing to ensure campaigns are delivering in full and aligned with client budgets
  • Pull, organize, and analyze performance reports, partnering with your mentor to identify insights and optimizations opportunities
  • Research paid media trends to keep your team informed on the latest paid media trends
  • Able to commit to approximately 10-20 hours/week throughout the internship
