The primary function of this role is to monitor and oversee the daily operations of the digital workforce. Ensures the availability of required resources for each process, and acts as a liaison between the development teams and the business users to resolve issues that arise. Documents processes, training and release procedures. Provides updates and reports on system status on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Perform all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
