The Operations Specialist intern will work with internal customers throughout the product launch process. Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a full-time academic program, currently a junior or rising senior enrolled at a local Atlanta University (e.g., Georgia State University, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University), pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, or a related field.
  • Expected Graduation: Students must be on track to graduate in May or December 2027.
  • GPA Requirements: A minimum GPA of 3.0 or above is required to be considered for the position.
  • Location Requirement: This is a remote internship based in Atlanta, Georgia. Applicants must be local to Atlanta, Georgia, and able to work in person (or hybrid, as required).
  • Availability: Must be available at least 20 hours per week on weekdays year‑round; schedule is flexible to accommodate academic commitments

Responsibilities

  • Become an operations subject matter expert for the technology behind all brands and products as well as custom product setup.
  • Research operational inquiries and be accessible to help answer questions from internal teams.
  • Project manage product setup from product intake to testing and launch.
  • Communicate status on launches and attend internal calls to provide status, challenges, issues.
  • Liaison between InComm InCentives and InComm brand and product teams
  • Manage CRM tool with new product details and pricing to ensure sales and account management have up-to-date information.
  • Process and coordinate digital and physical product builds, implementations and updates
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work through complex situations.
  • Represent InComm InCentives in a positive, professional, and customer focused manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
