The Digital Operations Coordinator supports and maintains enterprise digital platforms, including websites, CMS environments, CRM systems, and marketing technology tools. This role partners closely with IT and Marketing to ensure digital systems, content, and customer communications function accurately and at scale. The Digital Operations Coordinator serves as a key liaison between IT and marketing functions, managing SAE International's digital presence and customer communications. In this role, you will maintain and optimize the organization's website platform, support marketing content creation across multiple channels, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless digital operations. You will also monitor customer feedback, manage social media channels, support event initiatives, and leverage marketing technology platforms to drive engagement and generate qualified leads. This is a collaborative, high-impact individual contributor role that directly supports SAE's mission to advance mobility knowledge and solutions. This role is 65% IT/Web and 35% Marketing support. The role is accountable for maintaining reliable digital operations, improving responsiveness to customers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring digital tools and content are accurate, timely, and scalable.
