About The Position
Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a Digital Operations Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. This role will be integrated into the Digital Operations team to assist with the administration and improvement of the Entegris marketing team’s tech stack and digital technologies. The team’s work supports the organization by developing and maintaining a robust, modern tech stack and by improving both internal and external user experiences. This role will help coordinate projects, manage workflows, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital tools and processes operate effectively. The role provides hands-on experience working with project management systems, web platforms, and business stakeholders while developing skills in digital operations and technology management.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a major in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Graduating 2027/2028
- Must be a currently enrolled student
- Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.
- Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong English language skills, both verbal and written
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Independent self-starter
- A curious mindset and passion for learning
Nice To Haves
- Some experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Write, track, prioritize, and coordinate work items, user stories, and support tickets.
- Support website and digital platform updates and maintenance.
- Document business processes and recommend improvements.
- Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities.
- Support digital marketing platforms, systems, and technologies.
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Research new technologies and support digital transformation initiatives.
