About The Position

Looking to push your skills in the Offensive Cyber domain? You’ll join a fast-paced, mission-focused team tackling some of the nation’s most critical intelligence challenges. In this role, you’ll conduct malware analysis and reverse engineering to support incident response, investigations, and research on emerging cyber threats.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant cyber or offensive security experience
  • Experience with Python, Shell, Assembly, and/or C/C++
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef)
  • Knowledge of Windows and/or UNIX/Linux systems
  • Understanding of IoT systems, SDR concepts, and RF communications
  • Experience with database technologies (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL)
  • Ability to design and analyze complex, multi-layered network environments
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced GIAC and/or (ISC)² cyber certifications
  • Knowledge of wireless protocols (802.11, Bluetooth, LTE)
  • Experience with mobile or wired telephony technologies
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure devices (routers, switches, hubs)

Responsibilities

  • Perform malware analysis and reverse engineering to support cyber investigations and incident response
  • Conduct red team and penetration testing using tools like Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, and Wireshark
  • Analyze and map network architectures to identify vulnerabilities and misconfigurations
  • Develop and enhance cyber tools, serving as a technical lead throughout the lifecycle
  • Document findings and produce clear, high-quality reports for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Analyze software, firmware, and hardware to identify security risks and provide actionable insights
  • Apply static and dynamic analysis techniques to evaluate malicious code and recommend mitigations
  • Collaborate with small, agile teams to solve complex cyber challenges
