About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Digital Merchandising & Site Experience Manager to lead the day-to-day visual and commercial execution across both our B2C and B2B storefronts. In this role, you bring solid, hands-on digital merchandising experience to own our daily catalog presentation, product setups, and collection curation. Working closely under the guidance and strategic direction of the Director of E-Commerce, you will also execute operational site enhancements, such as coordinating Shopify app integrations, tracking site performance metrics, and assisting with on-site A/B testing initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned digital merchandiser who excels at storefront execution, enjoys working in Shopify Plus and wholesale sites, and is eager to collaborate with leadership on technical optimizations and data-driven site improvements.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of dedicated experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce catalog management, or online site coordination.
  • Solid, hands-on experience working directly in Shopify or Shopify Plus (managing products, collections, tags, metafields, and app settings).
  • Familiarity with consumer shopping behavior, along with an understanding or willingness to learn wholesale/B2B catalog structures and pricing rules.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and managing site tools; comfortable QAing new app installs, troubleshooting front-end presentation issues, and collaborating with developers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail when auditing size charts, product attributes, imagery, and promotional pricing.
  • Comfortable reviewing e-commerce dashboards (Shopify Analytics, GA4) to spot trends and inform merchandising decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to partner closely with leadership while independently managing day-to-day execution deadlines.
  • 2-5 years of dedicated hands-on experience in digital merchandising or ecommerce operations, specifically with Shopify or Shopify Plus.
  • Experience within apparel, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, premium consumer goods, or another product-led consumer brand strongly preferred.
  • Excel or Google Sheets for bulk uploads, catalog auditing, and data lookups.

Nice To Haves

  • Light exposure to HTML, CSS, or Shopify Liquid logic.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the hands-on merchandising and catalog execution across both B2C and B2B storefronts, ensuring intuitive navigation, logical filter structures, and engaging collection assortments.
  • Build, merchandise, and maintain collection pages, applying visual sorting rules and inventory-aware merchandising strategies.
  • Own Product Detail Page (PDP) setup and optimization, ensuring accurate product copy, imagery, size charts, badges, and cross-sell/upsell placements.
  • Coordinate seasonal product launches, new arrivals, promotional resets, and promotional events.
  • Support B2B storefront needs, including executing tiered wholesale visibility, account-specific collections, and catalog updates.
  • Serve as the primary daily administrator in Shopify Plus, managing product tags, metafields, collections, and basic theme configurations.
  • Work in lockstep with the Director of E-Commerce to run point on app setups and tool implementations (e.g., size & fit recommendation tools, product review widgets, search/filter enhancements) with assistance from development as needed.
  • Spearhead practical enhancement projects, such as building out, auditing, and maintaining standardized site features across all apparel categories.
  • Partner with external vendors or internal technical partners to test, QA, and roll out front-end site updates and theme adjustments.
  • Pull and compile weekly and monthly storefront performance metrics (conversion rate, top-searched terms, zero-result searches, collection click-through rates, and category revenue).
  • Partner with the Director of E-Commerce and CX Manager to review return rate trends (specifically fit- and sizing-related returns) to identify PDP improvement opportunities.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Shopify Analytics to track product engagement and highlight actionable merchandising takeaways.
  • Build & manage a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) agenda in partnership with the Director of eCommerce.
  • Assist in configuring and monitoring A/B test variations (e.g., testing alternate PDP layouts, size guide placements, callout badges, or collection sort rules).
  • Help document test outcomes and learnings to assist in making data-informed site adjustments.
