About The Position
Proven Content is an established B2B marketing company with 25+ years of experience. We are launching Deal Angels™, a new and exciting AI-powered sales and marketing technology company. We’re looking for a versatile Digital Media Specialist who is strong in video editing and comfortable working with websites, AI tools and marketing technology. Currently we are treating this new company as a startup and the position is part time however very quickly this could become a full time position.
Requirements
- Strong professional video-editing skills.
- WordPress/web design experience.
- Comfortable learning and configuring AI tools.
- Basic marketing automation/integration experience.
- Creative, resourceful and technically capable.
- Able to take an idea and figure out how to make it work.
- Software Experience with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Ability to learn new software and technology rapidly.
Nice To Haves
- You do not need to be a programmer.
- We're looking for someone who is great with video and websites and has the technical curiosity to quickly learn new AI and marketing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Edit professional B2B videos, testimonials, interviews and social clips.
- Build and update WordPress websites and landing pages.
- Handle basic hosting, domains, DNS and website maintenance.
- Set up and customize AI website agents/chatbots.
- Train AI agents using client websites, content and FAQs.
- Set up lead qualification, scheduling and CRM integrations.
- Connect marketing tools using Zapier, Make or similar platforms.
- Create graphics and other digital marketing assets as needed.
- Research and implement new AI and marketing technologies.
