Expedia Group’s Global Media & Sponsorships team powers growth for brands including Expedia, Hotels.com and Vrbo through worldclass brand media. We’re looking for a Media Automation Manager to streamline and modernise how our brand digital media programmes are planned, activated, measured and optmised. The role focuses on reducing manual and repetitive data entry and other tasks, eliminating manual handoffs and accelerating our response times through practical automation and the smart application of GenAI and platform capabilities. You will not be expected to build production systems yourself. Instead, you’ll partner with internal technology and platform teams and trusted external partners to scope, pilot and scale solutions that materially improve efficiency and quality of output of digital media team workflows. You’ll champion the adoption of existing and emerging tools, drive change management, and track measurable impact across our global teams and media campaigns, with an emphasis on digital brand channels (e.g. CTV, YouTube, Paid Social, Audio). This role reports into the Senior Manager, Digital Media and is part of a hands-on team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement across brand channels including CTV, YouTube, Paid Social, and Audio.
