About The Position

The Digital Media and Graphics Assistant is responsible for creating and uploading digital content, creating posters, and supporting audio-visual production for events. This role is part of the Berklee Student Employment program, requiring students to meet specific enrollment and academic criteria. The position is located in the U.S. and requires a valid Social Security Number and appropriate visa status if applicable.

Requirements

• Current student at Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
• Enrolled at least half-time in a degree, diploma, or certificate-seeking undergraduate or graduate program (or pre-registered for the upcoming fall semester if employed during the summer).
• Have a valid United States Social Security Number (SSN).
• Remain in “valid” Visa status as applicable.
• A minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA (first-semester students are exempt until completion of their first semester).
• Federal Work Study student may apply.
• In good disciplinary standing.
• Must be located in the U.S.
• Skills in social media management and graphic design.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of new digital content for online use.
• Generate posters and flyers for department events.
• Update, monitor and improve department social media accounts.
• Assist the Piano Department with setup and tech support at events.
