About The Position

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketplace Specialist to drive revenue growth across marketplaces and DTC channels through strong campaign execution, optimized content, and data-driven insights. You’ll play a key role in improving visibility, conversions, and overall digital performance while ensuring alignment between advertising, product listings, and brand presence. Erikson Consumer is a leading distributor of consumer electronics and lifestyle products, driving brand growth through eCommerce channels and major big-box retail partners. The division supports both B2B and B2C markets, working cross‑functionally with sales, logistics, marketing, and retail partners to ensure products are effectively positioned, available, and supported across online and in‑store channels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace management
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising (SP, SB, DSP) or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Amazon Brand Analytics, Skai, or equivalent)
  • Experience with product listings, SEO, and digital merchandising
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills (ROAS, ACoS, conversion)
  • Strong attention to detail in content and catalog management
  • Ability to manage campaigns, budgets, and multiple priorities
  • Collaborative and cross-functional communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Problem-solver with a results-oriented approach

Responsibilities

  • Own marketplace and DTC performance across revenue, traffic, and conversion.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across key platforms.
  • Manage assortment, pricing, MAP compliance, and promotional calendars.
  • Oversee product listings, SKU setup, variations, and enhanced content accuracy.
  • Maintain digital merchandising standards and optimize brand store presentation.
  • Analyze campaign, sales, and traffic data to drive growth opportunities.
  • Produce performance reports, dashboards, and actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, inventory, merchandising, and operations teams.
