As a Manager you will supervise, develop, and coach teams while managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams to deliver remarkable results.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree Required Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum Year(s) of Experience 5 year(s) in digital marketing technology, with proven success in strategy, architecture, or implementation leadership roles
  • Required Knowledge/Skills Strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape and hands-on experience with: Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or similar Personalization and optimization platforms Marketing analytics, campaign management, and ad technology Identity management and audience activation (e.g., LiveRamp, CoreAI, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, marketing, and technical challenges.
  • Hands on experience both using AI for productivity and delivering AI solutions for large organizations.
  • Proven experience leading the design and integration of complex martech ecosystems, preferably including Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Strong technical background, ideally with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with experience delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for business leaders.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) with CDPs, analytics, and campaign tools.
  • Deep familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Understanding of data governance, consent management, and privacy frameworks relevant to digital marketing.
  • Consulting or professional services experience in a client-facing, solution leadership role.
  • Possessing a proven understanding of the marketing technology landscape
  • Demonstrating hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or similar, personalization and optimization platforms, marketing analytics, campaign management, and ad technology, Identity management and audience activation
