About The Position

Ocozzio is a hybrid between a traditional marketing strategy company and an ad agency. For our clients, we are their marketing department, a member of their team. Our sole focus is helping our clients grow their business. We understand that creating messaging that resonates, brand awareness that generates interest, selling tools that make sales teams more effective, while constantly promoting the client’s brand promise are the essentials of effective marketing. Position Summary The Digital Strategist works collaboratively with internal teams including account managers and marketing strategists to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that meet clients’ goals. The Digital Marketing Strategist will review analytics and make campaign adjustments to improve results and recommend best practices. In this role, the Digital Strategist will coordinate with the Junior Marketing Strategist to ensure ads are posted on time and manage ongoing digital team requests and workload.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications or similar field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing to include implementation of paid search, display, retargeting and social media campaigns.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience using Google tag manager.
  • Advanced Google Analytics experience including creation of reports and dashboards.
  • Advanced experience using HubSpot, Loomly, Google tag manager, LinkedIn.
  • Strong knowledge of tracking/tagging and attribution options, barriers, and solutions.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, website accessibility.

Nice To Haves

  • G4, HubSpot, Google Analytics certifications expertise a plus.
  • Experience in the health insurance industry a plus.
  • Email marketing campaign development using platforms including Constant Contact, HubSpot and ActOn a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create digital marketing strategies for clients based on their goals and budgets including recommended tactics, platforms, frequency and most effective content.
  • Work in coordination with Junior Digital Marketing Strategist to implement paid search, social, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Coordinate with web development to ensure appropriate tags are in place to track campaign attribution.
  • Remain current on issues related to tracking and recommend 3 rd party tracking solutions to improve 1 st touch attribution visibility.
  • Create campaign reports to include website, email, social media, and paid search results and provide insight into campaign optimizations.
  • Develop automated Google Analytics reports and dashboards to provide insight into website and campaign performance.
  • Assist clients to understand and know how to read and interpret their data.
  • Attend client meetings and new-client onboarding meetings as needed.
  • Work closely with project leaders, marketing strategists and copywriters to understand client goals, industry, and target audience.
  • Assist in the growth of digital marketing capabilities for Ocozzio teams through research, education, and action.
  • Continuously work to expand digital capabilities focused on B2B opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Technology, lead to ensure best practices are followed and marketing tools are leveraged, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn and Loomly.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
