About The Position

Drive measurable market impact through strategic digital lead acquisition across multiple high-impact channels. In this individual contributor role, you will lead efforts across In-Product Marketing (IPM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) channels specifically for Automatic Data Processing Insurance Agency, Inc. (ADPIA), an affiliate of ADP, Inc. You will bring your in-depth knowledge and experience to play a crucial part in significant cross-functional partnerships within a matrix organization to elevate brand awareness and market demand. ADPIA is a licensed insurance agency and is an affiliate of ADP, one of the world’s largest providers of business outsourcing and human capital management solutions. ADPIA helps businesses manage their Property & Casualty and Health & Benefits insurance needs seamlessly alongside their payroll, HR and other services.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for operating effectively within a matrix organization and leveraging strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Ability to operate effectively even with incomplete data sets, utilizing heuristic approaches and sound business judgment to form hypotheses, derive actionable insights, drive outcomes, and solve complex problems.
  • Must work independently and exercise agility to balance immediate day-to-day sales requirements along with executing longer-term, strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to articulate complex and complicated technologies, processes, and concepts clearly to non-technical business associates to optimize outcomes.
  • Proactively drive campaign success through continuous creative ideation, orchestration, execution, and analysis in a test-and-learn environment.
  • Strong quantitative and data-driven approach with working familiarity across key technologies like Salesforce.com, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues across the portfolio.
  • BA/BS or equivalent education and experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years digital marketing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the In-Product Marketing (IPM) channel performance to meet lead and revenue targets.
  • Support product-led growth and strategic business initiatives, such as digital purchase platforms, to execute new growth strategies and capture market share.
  • Execute successful channel expansion Proof of Concepts (POCs) to expand product-led growth initiatives beyond existing channels.
  • Increase awareness, traffic, engagement, and lead flow across a variety of channels including GEO, SEO, SEM, Email marketing, and more.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to ensure campaigns are understood, facilitate a seamless lead transition, and optimize conversion rates from lead generation through to final sales outcomes.
  • Share digital marketing best practices and knowledge of internal and external emerging technologies (e.g., multi-touch attribution, evolving GEO strategies and tactics).
  • Implements and measures the effectiveness of ADPIA’s overall digital marketing strategy.
