About The Position

We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and scale the online presence of two distinct companies under our ownership group. This is a single, full-time position split between Beach Road Precision Manufacturing, LLC. DBA Hardrock HDDP (manufacturing/horizontal directional drilling located in Winder) and Majestic Plumbing & Electric, LLC. (Plumbing & Electric located in Marietta). The ideal candidate can seamlessly shift gears between different brand voices, target audiences, and marketing strategies. You will own the execution of social media, email campaigns, paid ads, and content creation for both brands, operating as a centralized marketing hub for our growing portfolio. You will need to work out of both locations and in the field. Digital Marketing Specialist to boost our online presence, generate inbound leads, and customer outreach. You will manage our WordPress website, run on-page and off-page SEO, create compelling service-focused content, and manage our social media channels. Your main goal is to turn online traffic into qualified sales leads along with customer outreach.

Requirements

2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally within a service-based business.
Strong working knowledge of WordPress, page builders and basic SEO plugins.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research software.
Proven track record of growing and managing brand presence on major social networks.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills to explain services clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Excellent writing skills and verbal communication abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of identifying, attracting, and engaging target audiences.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and developments.
Creative in devising informative, engaging, and motivational digital campaigns.
Proven marketing experience on different digital platforms.
Experience with leading and managing social media marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of email, newsletters, push notifications and display advertising campaigns.
Ability to use SEO, SEM, and marketing databases for promotional purposes.
Understanding of landing pages optimization, user funnels, and A/B testing.
Proficiency in using website analytics tools, ad-serving tools, and marketing software.
Basic programming experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

Improve local and organic search rankings to attract prospective clients searching for our services.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
Update, publish, and optimize landing pages, service descriptions, and blog posts directly inside WordPress.
Monitor site health, page load speeds, and mobile friendliness.
Create, schedule, and publish consistent, engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Write persuasive copy for social media captions, email newsletters, and website lead magnets.
Produce basic photo, graphic (via tools like Canva), and short-form video content to highlight our service offerings.
Engage with online audiences, reply to comments, and manage online reviews/reputation.
Align digital campaigns directly with sales goals to fill the customer pipeline with qualified leads.
Track website form submissions, phone inquiries, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics.
Coordinate with the sales team to hand off leads quickly and review campaign ROI.
Ensure consistency in the brand messaging.
Pull weekly and monthly reports on traffic, rankings, and lead acquisition.
Prepare emails to send to current customers.
Launch promotional offers and events to attract new customers.
