About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented professional to serve as a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the marketing team of Dezerland Park Orlando, Florida’s largest indoor attraction. This role combines strategic campaign execution, copywriting, and website management to elevate brand awareness, drive engagement and conversion, and generate measurable results across digital platforms. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field required.
  • 3+ years of direct experience in digital marketing, website management, and email marketing required.
  • Hands-on experience with Google, Meta, and TikTok ads and analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Tag Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Search Console).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, SEM, website optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficient in WordPress development with ability to build, edit, and maintain pages
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills across digital formats.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web troubleshooting.
  • Experience with CRM systems (PeekPro, HubSpot, Salesforce, more) and email/SMS tools (Klaviyo, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, more).
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with analytical acumen and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and campaign workflows preferred.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and A/B testing tools (Hotjar, Optimizely).
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut) is a plus.
  • Experience with ClickUp or similar project management softwares is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display, retargeting, video ads) to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop strong ad copy, visuals, and videos.
  • Track campaign KPIs and continuously improve performance through data-driven insights.
  • Create a content calendar to support marketing initiatives, launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Support new property launches, promotions, and events through digital marketing strategies.
  • Develop engaging written and visual content including blogs, social media captions, newsletters, and video scripts alongside the marketing team.
  • Repurpose content across platforms to maintain a cohesive brand narrative.
  • Use storytelling techniques to strengthen brand identity and emotional engagement.
  • Explore AI tools for copywriting, automation, and data-driven marketing.
  • Track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics across all digital channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube, PeekPro, QR and promo codes and email/sms marketing platforms.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager to monitor traffic sources, conversions, audience behavior, and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain custom dashboards and performance reports that clearly communicate campaign results and business impact to stakeholders.
  • Analyze cross-channel attribution and conversion paths to understand how users interact with ads across platforms.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and emerging platforms to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Leverage data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, or Power BI) to deliver clear, insight-driven summaries.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing decisions.
  • Use advanced analytics to optimize marketing spend, improve ROI, and align campaigns with overall business goals.
  • Stay current on AI-driven analytics and automation tools that enhance campaign reporting, predictive modeling, and personalization.
  • Serve as the primary copywriter and content strategist for the company’s digital presence alongside the marketing team.
  • Write, edit, and publish SEO-friendly website content, landing pages, blogs, and digital ads.
  • Manage, update, and optimize the company’s WordPress website, ensuring it remains fast, functional, and visually engaging.
  • Implement UX/UI improvements, fix errors, and add new site features or pages as needed.
  • Conduct A/B testing on page layouts, CTAs, and messaging to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep all online information accurate and up to date.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
  • Manage SEM campaigns including budgeting, bidding, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor rankings, backlinks, and domain authority, making adjustments to improve visibility.
  • Implement local SEO (Geo-targeted optimization) strategies, including managing Google Business Profiles, optimizing location-based keywords, and ensuring accurate listings across Google Maps and local directories.
  • Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to make website content discoverable, relevant, and citable in AI-generated search experiences such as Google’s AI Overviews and ChatGPT results, ensuring brand visibility in emerging generative search ecosystems.
  • Ensure all web and ad copy aligns with best SEO practices.
  • Design, build, and optimize multi-series email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and increase conversions.
  • Plan and execute SMS marketing campaigns to engage leads and customers, including crafting compelling short-form copy, managing subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with SMS regulations.
  • Manage subscriber lists, segment audiences, and track open/click rates.
  • Integrate CRM workflows to support lead generation and retention for all departments.
  • Continuously test and implement new marketing strategies and emerging technologies.
