About The Position

People First is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team! This individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role oversees all digital channels—including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and website optimization—and collaborates across departments to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign success.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services or e-commerce.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Ability to balance automation with authenticity in digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead multi-channel campaigns including paid media, organic search, email automation, and social media.
Oversee SEM and social media advertising (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Design and execute email marketing campaigns with segmentation and performance tracking.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce performance-driven content.
Monitor KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates using analytics tools.
Conduct A/B testing and UX research to optimize user experience and campaign performance.
Report on campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Work with existing vendor relationships while looking to enhance performance through additional strategic partnerships.
Stay current with digital trends, privacy regulations, and emerging technologies.
