About The Position

Flexible Lifeline Systems is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on digital marketing strategies, along with some experience of digital content creation as well as CRM to join a growing marketing team. The role will bring a combination of subject matter expertise as well as an ability to execute numerous tasks and projects. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing and who wants to make an impact. We are looking for someone to own, lead and scale our digital marketing efforts as part of a marketing team.

Requirements

  • SEM & SEO experience within a B2B marketing environment.
  • Experience for brands with a solution-based go-to-market strategy that includes high-value technical hardware/equipment + service with a sector/industry concentration.
  • Martech familiarity - Comfortable working with Tracking Data Analysis tools, WordPress CMS and Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM tools.
  • Capability building, backed by results - Candidates will be asked to provide supporting KPIs that demonstrate their knowledge and success from past campaigns.
  • 5+ years in paid search campaigns such as Google AdWords and Bing Ads.
  • 5+ years in SEO optimization strategies.
  • 2+ years in LLM Optimization for Google AI, ChatGPT, Gemini.
  • 3+ years implementing SEO & SEM plans for high-value B2B solutions.
  • 3+ years of WordPress or related content management systems (CMS).
  • 3+ years in Digital Analysis & Reporting.
  • 3+ years experience with Project Management tools.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Experience with digital content creation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate, monitor and assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Lead, develop, implement, and expand a paid search program (SEM).
  • Lead the development and execution of strategies to increase top-10 keyword rankings and brand visibility within AI-generated responses (LLM Optimization).
  • Audit content for "answer engine" compatibility, optimize for search volume, and manage inbound/outbound linking to build authority across traditional and generative search platforms.
  • Support website development and edits and other ad-hoc digital marketing areas as needed.
  • Implement tactical plans to generate the maximum number of quality leads that convert to sales funnel opportunities and revenue.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for SEM, SEO, AEO website maintenance and development.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI reports on digital marketing efforts.
