About The Position

Maggard Wealth Management, a retirement-focused financial advisory firm based in Wesley Chapel, FL, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role is instrumental to the team's ongoing success by creating a comprehensive marketing strategy and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, outstanding organizational skills, and a passion for building relationships. This position requires strong marketing and analytical abilities, with a focus on planning, executing, and improving campaigns to drive engagement and generate quality leads. The specialist will collaborate with advisors, leadership, compliance teams, and external partners to achieve goals and advance marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Experience in creating, editing, and producing video content for internal and external use (Ex. Facebook)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Salesforce) and email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Canva)
  • Strong ability to execute online and offline marketing campaigns and a sharp eye for detail
  • High degree of creativity, strong work ethic, and the ability to work at a fast pace
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on schedule

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging and innovative content for the firm’s website and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Google)
  • Create and execute lead/prospect drip campaigns, generate monthly internal reports, and evaluate campaign performance to guide ongoing marketing strategies
  • Produce, edit and share short impactful video clips that boost brand awareness and client engagement
  • Monitor the performance of all lead funnels to gauge performance and ROI and make recommendations on how to improve marketing programs
  • Continuously explore and adopt the latest AI tools and trends to improve marketing workflows, refine campaign targeting, and personalize content
  • Collaborate with leadership and advisor teams to plan and coordinate seminars and educational workshops, taking part in events to capture content for social media and enhance brand visibility
  • Serve as the main point of contact for venues, vendors, and the team, ensuring deadlines are met for mailers and digital ads
  • Maintain records of approved advertisements, invitations, presentations, disclosures and all related material
  • Create and maintain all marketing materials including brochures, handouts, signage, presentations, and digital assets
