About The Position

Altera is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution and optimization of global digital marketing programs! This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or marketing operations. The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting campaigns, marketing automation, database growth, web publishing, and program management. This position works cross-functionally with corporate marketing, regional marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure digital initiatives are executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role with opportunities to grow across multiple areas of digital and demand marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or campaign support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms or marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution & Support Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, and digital channels.
  • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns within marketing automation platforms.
  • Support campaign asset coordination, timelines, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure alignment between campaign messaging, landing pages, and digital assets.
  • Marketing Automation & Operations Support marketing automation workflows, including email nurture streams and audience segmentation.
  • Maintain campaign tracking parameters and ensure proper data capture for reporting.
  • Assist in building and maintaining automated programs to support lead engagement and lifecycle marketing.
  • Troubleshoot basic automation issues and escalate as needed.
  • Database Growth & Data Quality Support initiatives to grow and maintain a healthy marketing database.
  • Assist with data segmentation, list uploads, and audience management.
  • Help monitor data quality and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to support lead routing and CRM alignment.
  • Web Publishing & Digital Content Publish and update web content using content management systems (CMS).
  • Ensure web content aligns with brand, campaign messaging, and SEO best practices.
  • Coordinate updates to landing pages and campaign microsites.
  • Conduct basic QA testing to ensure proper formatting and functionality.
  • Program Management & Reporting Support project coordination across digital marketing initiatives.
  • Track deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Assist with performance reporting across email, web, and campaign metrics.
  • Help identify opportunities for optimization based on data insights.
