About The Position

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive customer retention, loyalty engagement, and onsite performance through data-informed merchandising and experience optimization. This role sits within the Marketing team and is responsible for planning and executing site and marketing channel campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve the digital shopping experience, and executing merchandising updates in partnership with E-commerce team. On a day-to-day basis, this role balances hands-on execution, supporting campaigns, loyalty initiatives, and personalization efforts that improve conversion, repeat purchase, and lifetime value. The ideal candidate is analytically curious and action-oriented, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is motivated by turning insights into tangible improvements across the customer journey.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, retention marketing, e-commerce, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting email, loyalty, or onsite marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with email, SMS, or loyalty platforms (Klaviyo, Yotpo, Smile.io, etc.)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and implementing onsite tracking (GA4, Shopify Analytics, Excel).
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
  • Execution-Focused
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of customer retention initiatives across loyalty, email, SMS, and onsite experiences.
  • Own the day-to-day deployment of email and SMS campaigns with our ESP (Klaviyo)
  • Handle list segmentation, A/B Testing setup and scheduling.
  • Perform rigorous QA to ensure all links, tags and images are accurate before go-live.
  • Manage day-to-day loyalty program execution, including rewards setup, promotional offers, and member-only experiences.
  • Partner with Digital Strategy Manager to monitor loyalty program performance and engagement metrics, identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Execute marketing-driven onsite merchandising updates to support campaigns, promotions, and customer segments.
  • Optimize featured collections, homepage modules, and promotional placements in alignment with marketing priorities.
  • Ensure onsite experiences reflect campaign goals, customer insights, and performance data.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics including conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, AOV, and loyalty participation.
  • Use analytics tools (Shopify Analytics, GA4, Excel) to identify funnel opportunities and performance trends.
  • Support testing and optimization efforts by executing changes and documenting results.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Digital Strategy Manager to execute retention and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Digital Strategy Manager to ensure messaging is aligned with paid and owned channels.
  • Collaborate with Creative and E-commerce partners to ensure site updates are aligned with brand standards and inventory priorities.
  • Maintain clear documentation of tests, updates, and performance insights.
