Requirements

  • Work experience: 2-5 years of experience in a digital marketing position, designing and implementing digital campaigns with positive results
  • Industry knowledge: Experience marketing B2B hardware, with preference for scientific instruments manufacturing
  • Technical skills: Experience in email marketing tools, PPC channels, SEO best practices, and social media marketing
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Project management: Competent project management skills, able to coordinate multiple initiatives and work collaboratively with a cross-functional international enterprise
  • Communication expertise: Exceptional written and verbal skills
  • Creativity: Ability to devise compelling and engaging marketing materials that engage engineers and persuade by understanding their needs

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads via email marketing, PPC campaigns, SEO, and social media.
  • Website Optimization: Analyze and optimize website content to increase conversions and improve user experience.
  • Coordination: Work closely with content producers, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of all digital lead generation activities and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand the prospect, stay ahead of competitors, and keep yourself up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Understand and map customer journeys to enhance lead nurturing and conversion processes.
