As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll focus on supporting the execution of impactful brand, content, and event marketing projects that align with the firm’s strategic priorities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional team members to bring our online content to life, track performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of our firm’s marketing efforts and strategy. Using your skills and experience, you will support our efforts to plan, develop, and optimize digital marketing content and strategies across social media and web channels, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and user experience best practices across device types and platforms.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and/or content creation
  • Experience working within workflow management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Trello, etc.)
  • Creative and analytical with a keen eye for detail, problem-solving aptitude, and proactive approach
  • Knowledgeable about real-world applications of digital marketing best practices across multiple channels, particularly social media and web
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workflows, projects, and timelines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator, with a knack for crafting engaging copy
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, and their respective best practices
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Strong understanding and experience developing website content marketing plans and strategies.
  • Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) (e.g. Sitecore, WordPress)
  • Understanding of analytics platforms and best practices (e.g., Google Analytics, Parse.ly, Hotjar, use of UTMS, A/B testing)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in professional services is a plus but not essential – we welcome applications from all backgrounds.
  • Graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
  • Experience with social media advocacy platforms or programs (e.g., Clearview Social, Advocacy by Sprout Social, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience with paid social media is a plus
  • Familiarity with SEO (and GEO, AEO, etc.) principles and tools
  • Familiarity with UX research tools and methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Enhance our brand awareness, engage our audiences, and drive measurable results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners throughout the firm to develop compelling website content for our target audiences.
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing performance and user engagement using relevant analytics tools, using findings to help improve our strategy.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our social media request queue, including managing workflows to ensure briefs and deadlines are met.
  • Support colleagues across the organization with social media queries and requests ensuring our team is always delivering top-class service to stakeholders while upholding correct processes and brand standards.
  • Support, mentor, and help train junior team members on an ongoing basis.
