The Digital Marketing Specialist brings REV’s brand to life across digital channels, ensuring every message, image, and campaign connects with our members and meets our high design standards. From crafting personalized email journeys to designing bold digital and print creative, you’ll have a hand in projects that make a real impact. You’ll also play a key role in keeping our digital banking messaging fresh, relevant, and on-brand. Duties & Responsibilities Assumes responsibility for assisting in the effective performance of the REV Member Journey. Build, test, and optimize automated email journeys to enhance member engagement and retention. Manage digital banking marketing placements and messages to deliver timely, member-focused communication. Support REV website updates, digital content, and analytics reporting. Support internal campaigns and engagement initiatives that keep our team connected and inspired. Assists in the planning, development, and implementation of effective internal and external marketing campaigns. Design and produce creative assets for product campaigns across digital, print, and in-branch displays. Ensure all visuals meet brand standards and compliance requirements. Collaborate with team members to bring product launches, promotions, and community initiatives to life. Track and share performance results, always looking for ways to improve. Assumes responsibilities for related duties as required or assigned.
