About The Position

Our client's Web Marketing team seeks an experienced digital marketer with deep strategic and tactical expertise in planning, experimenting, and transforming web experiences for small business customers. The focus will be to drive users through the purchase journey, optimizing for conversion. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate on and execute marketing and merchandising web strategies in close partnership with many cross-functional teams: Design, Content, Product Marketing, Analytics, Web Operations and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution while working across multiple priorities
  • Dedicated team-player with strong accountability mindset and a can-do attitude, you care about the quality of the work delivered and the reputation of the team you work with
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially in relation to formatting, image quality, user experience interaction differences
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously; makes others aware of conflicting priorities & proposes solutions
  • Proven success managing UAT, QA, or experience validation efforts for websites or digital campaigns on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
  • Responsive and compelling communicator, can craft a narrative from data points, or distill a complex business problem to influence effectively
  • Willingness to learn and lean in during moments of ambiguity
  • Willingness to work non-standard hours as required to support critical business needs and launch moments
  • Familiarity with Figma, JIRA, Quickbase, Usertesting.com, FullStory, Adobe Analytics

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on web/audience based strategies to create testing plans, maintain project documentation, and build web experiences, with a focus on conversion optimization within pricing and purchasing flows on desktop and mobile devices
  • Support execution and validation of any pricing updates, including promotions, or supporting capabilities related to purchasing flow
  • Partner with analytics on measurement plans and results analysis for web tests
  • Deep dive into engagement and performance data to understand user behavior, identify insights, and develop hypotheses
  • Collect prospect and customer input to gain empathy and generate insights for creating testable hypotheses
  • Leverage effective project management skills to drive web execution of projects cross-functionally across all key stakeholders
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and validate new or updated web experiences, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and adherence to marketing and legal standards before launch
