About The Position

The Digital Marketing & Platform Producer drives the flawless planning, execution, and global adaptation of Global Talent Management’s intranet sites and campaigns—ensuring continuous improvement and scalable digital delivery. This role leads the activation and operationalization of marketing and employee engagement initiatives, partnering across teams to translate GTM strategy into high-quality, high-impact digital experiences. They own campaign and site performance—tracking results, surfacing insights, and making targeted CMS updates to continuously optimize reach, engagement, and overall impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day platform operations, ensuring high-quality, timely execution across all intranet experiences, driving delivery excellence across platforms
  • Maintain platform performance, usability, and governance standards at scale
  • Lead global content adaptation and translation processes in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Own site performance tracking, translating data into actionable insights and continuous improvements
  • Partner on the development of creative briefs and oversee production of campaign assets
  • Lead coordination across stakeholders and approvers
  • Drive end-to-end execution of digital content and enterprise campaign launches, from timeline planning to launch of enterprise initiatives and campaigns—and alignment across teams
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand and messaging standards
  • Own campaign performance tracking, translating data into actionable insights and continuous improvements
  • Standardize workflows and optimize operational processes to improve speed and scalability
  • Identify and implement platform and campaign optimizations based on performance data
  • Continuously improve delivery models--standardizing workflows and optimizing operational processes—to enhance efficiency and user experience
