The Digital Marketing and Outreach Manager is a critical member of the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center (MSBDC) and works for the lead State Office, which oversees six regional and two specialty offices. The position reports directly to the MSBDC State Director with a high degree of autonomy for day-to-day functions, and serves as the central point of contact for digital marketing content creation and management across the Massachusetts SBDC, including web content and social media strategies. The position also coordinates the Massachusetts SBDC's annual impact survey and manages outreach efforts to clients and stakeholders. The position also assists the State Director in the preparation of reports for state and federal funding sources.
