About The Position

Ducker Carlisle is building a tighter, more measurable digital engine. This role owns the foundation and day-to-day performance of our website, analytics, paid media, and HubSpot automation. The goal is simple: drive qualified lead generation, improve conversion, and grow pipeline, with clear ROI reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital marketing for B2B services or B2B high-consideration buying cycles.
  • Hands-on ownership of website performance, analytics, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong HubSpot experience (workflows, lifecycle stages, scoring, attribution, reporting).
  • Paid media experience across LinkedIn and retargeting, with a performance mindset.
  • ABM experience, including tools like UserGems and Influ2 (or very similar ABM platforms).
  • Comfort with GA4, dashboards, and turning data into decisions quickly.
  • Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Monday.com.
  • Comfortable building structure, documentation, and repeatable processes.
  • Fast at testing, learning, and iterating without creating chaos.
  • Clear writer and communicator, especially in performance reporting to leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing a CMS (WordPress experience a plus), basic HTML/CSS literacy.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio, attribution modeling, and CRM integrations.
  • Experience supporting multiple practice areas, industries, or service lines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across social, retargeting, and ABM.
  • Improve efficiency and return on ad spend.
  • Build, test, and iterate creative, copy, and targeting based on performance data.
  • Track weekly and monthly spend efficiency and influence on qualified pipeline.
  • Own initiatives to improve website UX and conversion performance.
  • Improve landing page conversion rates through testing and design iteration.
  • Run heatmaps in Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar and A/B tests, maintain a monthly CRO scorecard.
  • Build workflows and nurture tracks that convert interest into qualified leads.
  • Manage lifecycle stages, scoring, attribution, tagging, deduplication, and progressive profiling.
  • Create and manage ABM nurture campaigns, including orchestration with tools like UserGems and Influ2.
  • Monitor performance across HubSpot, GA4, and paid social analytics.
  • Deliver weekly digital performance reporting and monthly ROI dashboards.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to maintain clean KPIs and a unified performance view.
