Continental Properties is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at our Home Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. For more than 45 years, Continental Properties has been building communities that enhance people's lives. As a fully integrated developer, owner, and operator, we shape the resident experience from the ground up—from site selection and construction through lease-up and long-term ownership. For marketers, that means the opportunity to influence brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, and how residents discover their next home. You'll lead digital marketing and website strategy across Continental's nationwide portfolio of apartment communities, driving renter demand. You'll guide the development and execution of campaigns across search, social, and paid media — overseeing a team of four Marketing Specialists and digital agency partnerships. You'll also own the website roadmap, driving a high-converting, user-friendly experience. Working closely with Operations, CX, Data, and cross-functional partners, you'll have visibility into how your strategies translate into real leasing results. This is a high-impact role with room to grow as the company expands its portfolio and continues reinventing its brand offerings. The Digital Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Director.
