You will partner cross-functionally to deliver integrated, high-performing activations that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for the brand’s key product and storytelling moments. The Marketing Activation team, led by the Senior Director, Marketing Activation consists of Senior Managers of Fragrance and Skincare with support, Organic Social Team, Digital Art Director, and Brand Ambassador. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with all members of the Marketing Activation team as well as with several departments such as E-Commerce, Creative, Media, PR, and Brand teams. All your colleagues are collaborative, creative thinkers who combine strategic discipline with a passion for wellbeing-led beauty.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of digital marketing or e-commerce experience within beauty, wellness, or premium consumer brands.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced marketing certification a plus.
  • Proven experience developing omni-channel media strategies across paid, owned, and earned platforms.
  • Strong understanding of retailer.com ecosystems (Amazon, ULTA, Sephora, or equivalent).
  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and optimizations.

  • Experience managing creative production and cross-functional campaign alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with DTC, e-commerce, creative, and media teams to deliver cohesive 360° activations that maximize performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee creation of best-in-class digital assets optimized for platform and performance across retailer.com and paid media.
  • Drive brand excellence across retailer.com (Amazon, ULTA, Macy’s, etc.), ensuring elevated content, A+ pages, and branded storytelling.
  • Lead omni-channel digital media strategy across paid social, display, video, and search, ensuring campaigns ladder up to brand and retail priorities.
  • Analyze campaign and media performance, translate data into actionable insights, and share learnings to optimize future strategy.
