About The Position

Singer Equipment Company is seeking a performance driven Digital Marketing Manager to execute and optimize digital programs across HubSpot, paid advertising, website performance, social media, internal communications, and AI enabled marketing execution for our foodservice equipment distribution business. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, this role is responsible for managing day to day digital execution, owning HubSpot marketing functions, improving lead generation and conversion performance, and leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency, personalization, and scale across marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation
  • Advanced experience with HubSpot including email marketing, workflows, and lifecycle management
  • Experience managing websites, paid advertising, and social media channels
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and AI assisted workflows applied to digital marketing, automation, personalization, or performance optimization
  • Ability to apply AI responsibly to improve efficiency, testing velocity, and marketing effectiveness
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion optimization
  • Data driven mindset with strong reporting and analysis skills

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing initiatives aligned to priorities set by the Director of Digital Marketing.
  • Own execution of lead generation across website, email, paid media, and social channels
  • Implement digital programs that support divisional and corporate goals
  • Optimize the digital funnel to improve lead quality and conversion efficiency
  • Ensure consistent execution across all digital channels
  • Manage the website as a conversion focused platform.
  • Own website performance metrics including traffic, engagement, and conversion rate
  • Execute landing pages, CTAs, and form strategies in partnership with internal teams and agencies
  • Lead testing and optimization efforts to improve user experience and lead conversion
  • Ensure clear, consistent conversion paths for priority customer segments
  • Serve as the primary HubSpot marketing owner under the direction of the Director of Digital Marketing.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns including segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Build and manage workflows for lead nurturing, customer journey progression, and internal notifications
  • Map and optimize customer journeys across lifecycle stages
  • Manage HubSpot forms, lists, landing pages, and campaign attribution
  • Ensure data cleanliness, lifecycle accuracy, and reliable reporting
  • Own execution of Singer’s biweekly internal newsletter.
  • Compile approved updates from internal stakeholders
  • Build, schedule, and send the biweekly newsletter using HubSpot or approved tools
  • Maintain consistent formatting, branding, and delivery cadence
  • Track engagement metrics and report performance
  • Execute paid digital programs focused on lead generation and ROI.
  • Manage paid search, paid social, and retargeting campaigns
  • Align ads, landing pages, and offers to maximize conversion
  • Monitor performance and optimize budgets based on results
  • Coordinate with agencies as needed for campaign execution
  • Manage organic social media execution in support of digital campaigns.
  • Own posting schedules across corporate and divisional channels
  • Ensure social activity supports campaign goals and brand consistency
  • Monitor engagement and recommend optimizations
  • Align organic social efforts with paid social initiatives
  • Apply AI tools to improve speed, consistency, and performance across digital marketing efforts.
  • Use AI assisted tools to support email optimization, subject line testing, and message refinement
  • Leverage AI to accelerate campaign setup, landing page iteration, and testing cycles
  • Apply AI supported insights to improve segmentation, targeting, and personalization
  • Assist in automating repetitive marketing tasks within HubSpot and related platforms
  • Follow established governance and data privacy standards for AI usage
  • Partner effectively across the organization.
  • Work with events and sales teams to support digital execution needs
  • Coordinate with sales and operations on lead definitions and handoff processes
  • Partner with IT and web teams on platform improvements
  • Execute initiatives defined by the Director of Digital Marketing
  • Provide clear performance insights to support decision making.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for website, email, paid media, social, and newsletter performance
  • Report results and insights to the Director of Digital Marketing
  • Identify optimization opportunities based on data trends
  • Support forecasting and performance planning
  • Support vendor and platform oversight.
  • Manage day to day relationships with digital agencies and vendors
  • Track digital marketing budgets and spend
  • Recommend tools or process improvements to the Director of Digital Marketing
