The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the marketing automation strategy for Western Alliance Bank and its divisions. This individual will lead the charge in shaping the email marketing strategy and technology roadmap. They will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to determine how marketing's database marketing platforms can add value, create efficiencies, and support broader business objectives. They will work closely with vendors, agencies, and third-party consultants to evaluate campaign and technology enhancements to build loyalty, increase share of wallet, and support relationship-based business lines. The Digital Marketing Manager serves as the bank's in-house email and SMS marketing expert and is the primary owner of the bank's database marketing systems. They are responsible for providing leadership and overseeing program performance. As a member of the MarTech group, they may also support additional digital marketing initiatives as assigned.
