About The Position

FELFEL is New York’s most exciting food-tech scale-up, reinventing how people eat at work. Our smart fridges bring meals from the city’s best local chefs straight to the office—fresh every day. Born in Switzerland and trusted by over 1,000 companies, we’re now bringing our chef-made, tech-powered office food experience to the U.S. We combine hospitality, design, and smart technology to make office meals something people truly look forward to. Now, we’re looking for a hands-on, data-obsessed growth leader to help us scale. You’ll own and operate every part of our digital acquisition funnel — strategy, execution, analytics, and optimization — with the goal of driving tastings, pipeline, and new customer growth. This is not a people-management role. You’ll collaborate with world-class partners (content, design, sales, ops) and you’ll personally design, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end. You’ll report directly to the VP Growth (US) and play a critical role in shaping how FELFEL grows in the U.S.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in growth, performance, or demand generation (ideally B2B, SaaS, or food-tech/startup).
  • Full-stack marketer: equally comfortable defining strategy and building campaigns yourself.
  • Hands-on in HubSpot, GA4, GTM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools.
  • Obsessed with experimentation and optimization — every click, form, and ad is an opportunity to learn.
  • Analytical and curious, with a bias for action.
  • Energized by ownership — you like being the one who builds the machine, not just runs it.
  • Excited by FELFEL’s mission to bring hospitality and craftsmanship to modern workplaces.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute FELFEL’s digital growth roadmap across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
  • Own and optimize a our annual digital marketing budget across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta
  • Build the experimentation framework: messaging, creative, landing pages, and audience tests.
  • Architect and continuously refine conversion flows from awareness → tasting → partnership.
  • Manage A/B testing across web, email, and ads to improve MQL and SQL conversion rates.
  • Partner with Sales to fine-tune the qualification model and ensure data consistency in HubSpot.
  • Build dashboards and attribution models using GA4 and HubSpot
  • Turn insights into decisions — adjust spend, creative, or targeting based on performance data.
  • Own key funnel metrics: CPL, MQL → SQL , ROI.
  • Own FELFEL’s Squarespace site: performance, UX, SEO, and conversion optimization.
  • Collaborate with our design and content team to maintain a premium yet high-converting brand experience.
  • Create and optimize HubSpot workflows for lead nurture, retention, and reactivation.
  • Build segmentation, lead scoring, and automation systems that drive qualified pipeline.
  • Work cross-functionally with Content, Sales, and Growth, Ops to align digital efforts with business priorities.
  • Act as FELFEL’s internal digital growth expert — setting standards for experimentation, measurement, and storytelling.
