We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic credit card marketing team. In this role, you’ll focus on cross -channel campaign execution, AI -powered optimization, and audience -first strategies to help grow our brand and drive results. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Four to six years of experience in marketing or related field

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or a related field (internships and project work count!).
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience using analytics tools to interpret campaign data.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills; comfortable working in a collaborative, cross functional setting.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and a growth mindset—eager to learn, open to feedback, and ready to take on new challenges.
  • Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in digital marketing

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, launch, and management of digital paid media campaigns across a variety of channels, including search, social, display, video, and emerging platforms.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and data analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting, and enhance audience segmentation for improved results.
  • Demonstrate initiative and creativity by proactively identifying opportunities for campaign improvement and bringing new ideas to the team.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and agency partners to ensure campaigns are integrated, on-brand, and aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Assist with campaign reporting, analyze key metrics, and share insights to inform future strategies.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure all campaigns meet compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to budget tracking and help coordinate campaign assets and timelines.
  • Support influencer marketing campaigns by coordinating and executing plans to promote U.S. Bank products
  • Apply creative thinking to campaign strategies and content development, helping the team stand out in a competitive market.
