Caterpillar is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead in our Building Construction Products division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation within Caterpillar’s small machine business segment as part of a fast‑paced, collaborative team. The position provides leadership and subject‑matter guidance on advanced digital capabilities and related business processes, supporting the successful implementation and integration of digital products. The role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to develop and manage comprehensive digital strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business impact. By bridging strategic planning with hands‑on delivery, this role plays a critical part in translating digital strategy into measurable results for the business. Provide functional leadership across implementation, issue resolution, and operational execution while influencing standards, processes, and best practices. Requirements

  • Effectiveness Measurement: Demonstrated ability to apply effective measurement techniques to evaluate work quality and productivity, supporting data‑driven improvement initiatives.
  • Products and Services: Strong understanding of core products and services and their associated portfolios, with the ability to apply this knowledge appropriately in diverse and evolving situations.
  • Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to apply relationship management techniques to build and sustain productive, collaborative relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Pricing Models and Analytics: Provides analytical and investigative support to the pricing team in support of marketing initiatives, working through ambiguity to identify, analyze, and resolve pricing‑related issues that impact business performance and customer experience.
  • Software Product Training: Demonstrated ability to create and deliver effective training programs that support the implementation, operation, and utilization of software products and technology systems.
