About The Position

Peregrine is building software that powers mission-critical operations across public and private sector organizations. We’re scaling quickly, and are looking for a senior digital leader to build our Digital Marketing Studio from zero. This role owns how we show up digitally. All of it. Paid, web, SEO/AEO/GEO, lifecycle, marketing ops, analytics, and whatever comes next. You’ll create a central studio that partners with field marketing, product marketing, communications, and agency partners to execute regional and segment campaigns at scale. Think in-house consultancy plus execution engine. You’ll start hands-on. Then you’ll hire, systematize, and scale. This is not a “run the old martech playbook” role. We want someone who’s excited by where digital marketing is going now. AI-native workflows. New tools. Faster experimentation. Smarter personalization. And real impact on pipeline and brand.

Requirements

  • Deep experience across digital marketing in a high-growth B2B or B2G company.
  • A track record of building teams and functions, not just inheriting them.
  • Comfort going hands-on when needed. And stepping back to lead when it’s time.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, modern CMSs, paid platforms, BI tools, and SEO.
  • Real curiosity and momentum around AI-native tools and workflows. Clay, propensity models, intent signals, experimentation platforms. You stay current.
  • Strong hiring instincts. High bar. High trust.

Responsibilities

  • Build Peregrine’s Digital Studio from the ground up. Operating model, processes, SLAs, reporting. The whole thing.
  • Own all digital channels: paid acquisition, website and conversion, SEO/AEO/GEO, email and CRM, marketing ops, and measurement.
  • Partner closely with field, product marketing, events, comms, and design teams to execute integrated campaigns across regions and audiences.
  • Set a strong experimentation cadence. Clear hypotheses. Fast tests. Learnings that stick.
  • Establish channel reporting that leadership trusts and actually uses.
  • Hire and manage a high-performing team (starting with ~3) and grow the function over time.
