Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, digital media, or a related field.
Passion for digital communications, social media, and emerging platforms.
Strong writing and communication skills with an interest in creating engaging digital content.
Curiosity about social media trends, online communities, and digital culture.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and support team success.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with graphic design tools or content creation platforms.
Familiarity with social media monitoring or analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Support community management across social media platforms by monitoring conversations, engaging with audiences, and maintaining client brand voice.
Assist with content development, social media publishing, and day-to-day digital communications activities across client programs.
Monitor social media, digital culture, and emerging platform trends to identify relevant opportunities and insights.
Partner with account teams and digital specialists to support project coordination, research, and client work execution.
Build knowledge of digital communications, social media strategy, and community management.
