About The Position

The purpose of the Brand Experience Generalist role is to support the execution and evolution of core brand experience activations and initiatives that drive awareness, engagement and business growth. This role brings broad capabilities with the learning agility to contribute in focus areas such as digital experience, content strategy, brand analytics and campaign support. By collaborating across the brand experience team, the Brand Experience Generalist helps identify, create and optimize opportunities to streamline processes, improve performance insights and enhance the overall brand experience.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Two to four years of experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in content creation and optimization for digital channels.
  • A foundational understanding of marketing analytics platforms to extract, interpret, and present data for monthly performance reporting and actionable brand insights.
  • Familiarity with a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or Semrush for SEO performance.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of business concepts and financial analysis, cost models and contracts and negotiation.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and ability to conduct business and financial research and analysis.
  • Must be able to understand, summarize and explain complex technical, technological and business concepts.
  • Ability to interact in a cross-functional team with both formal and informal lines of authority.
  • Must be able to operate effectively in a multi-cultural, global environment.
  • High learning agility and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly master new technologies and apply them to strategic brand initiatives.
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all customer and company information.
  • Ability to follow through on assignments with little to no supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with senior-level decision makers.
  • An interest in emerging technologies, with a specific focus on identifying and implementing AI tools to automate manual workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the planning and execution of branding activities across key focus areas (e.g., digital channels, content development, analytics or campaigns), based on team and business needs.
  • Supports the creation, optimization and measurement of foundational content that aligns with Plexus’ brand strategy and helps us win against priority search keywords.
  • Collaborates across the broader Brand Experience Team and business partners to ensure consistency, accuracy and effectiveness of brand experience efforts.
  • Develops working knowledge of key digital platforms and tools to enhance efficiency and improve reporting across multiple channels.
  • Explores emerging technologies, including AI, to improve workflows, support responsible innovation and drive continuous improvement.
