About The Position

Leads the company’s e -commerce platform and digital marketing initiatives to drive online revenue, lead generation, and brand engagement. This role blends technical e -commerce management with creative content and marketing automation—partnering closely with sales, IT, and marketing leadership to deliver measurable business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e -commerce
  • Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento), CRM, and marketing automation tools
  • Strong HTML/CSS knowledge and SEO/SEM expertise
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and analytics platforms
  • Strong communication and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Adobe Commerce (Magento) e -commerce platform
  • Oversee website content, landing pages, promotions, and product optimization
  • Develop and execute email, social, paid, and organic digital campaigns
  • Manage marketing automation and CRM integrations (Marketo, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar)
  • Track performance using Google Analytics and campaign reporting tools
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors on platform updates and technical improvements
  • Support lead generation, MQL development, and campaign ROI tracking
