We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to execute and optimize our digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of marketing—managing website content, running email campaigns, and turning data into actionable insights that support broader marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Digital marketing platforms (WordPress, ActiveCampaign, HTML/CSS)
  • Website content structure, SEO fundamentals, and user experience
  • Email marketing strategy, automation, and deliverability best practices
  • Marketing analytics and performance measurement
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn data into insights
  • Technical troubleshooting and comfort with digital platforms
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • High attention to detail and quality assurance

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain website content using WordPress and Breakdance
  • Build, edit, and publish web pages, landing pages, and blog content
  • Optimize content for usability, performance, and SEO
  • Own execution within ActiveCampaign, serving as the platform expert
  • Design and deploy email campaigns, templates, and automation workflows
  • Manage contact database, including segmentation, tagging, and list hygiene
  • Monitor performance metrics such as deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates
  • Generate and analyze reports across website, email, CRM, and sales platforms
  • Track marketing-generated leads throughout the full funnel
  • Report on campaign performance, conversions, and engagement metrics
  • Translate data into insights and recommendations to improve ROI and performance
