About The Position

This role supports the execution of marketing campaigns across Email/SMS, Paid Media, SEO, and Affiliate, helping ensure everything launches smoothly, on time, and with a high level of accuracy. It is designed for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience across multiple digital marketing channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to support campaign execution and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interest in digital marketing (Email, Paid Media, SEO, Affiliate)
  • Basic familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, Google Analytics, ad platforms) is a plus
  • Comfortable working with data and learning new tools
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks

Nice To Haves

  • Internship or academic experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or analytics is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Help manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure campaigns launch on schedule
  • Assist in organizing briefs, assets, and campaign details across teams
  • Support quality checks (links, tracking, creative, copy) before campaigns go live
  • Coordinate with Creative and Copy teams to gather assets and ensure alignment
  • Help maintain the campaign calendar and ensure deadlines are met
  • Support A/B testing and basic reporting
  • Coordinate with CRM agency on execution and timelines
  • Support the execution of paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Assist with organizing creative briefs and asset delivery
  • Help monitor campaign performance and flag any issues
  • Support campaign setup QA (links, UTMs, naming conventions)
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure smooth execution
  • Support coordination with SEO and Affiliate partners/agencies
  • Assist with content briefs and ensure assets are delivered on time
  • Help track deliverables and timelines
  • Support basic reporting and performance tracking
