About The Position

We’re looking for a proactive, creative Digital Marketing Coordinator, ideally with experience in B2B SaaS or technology. This is a true generalist role: you’ll execute digital campaigns, contribute to content and events, and support the wider marketing function. No two days will look the same. Your core focus will be digital marketing execution - running and optimising campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn, improving website performance through SEO and conversion optimisation, and supporting retargeting and nurture activity. Beyond digital, you’ll also contribute to content, webinars, events, and broader campaign delivery across the team. This role reports into our Senior Director, Global Marketing and is a remote position based on the US West Coast.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a marketing role (B2B experience preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with paid digital channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube), SEO, website optimisation, and retargeting.
  • Strong written communication skills with experience creating high-performing digital content.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety.
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership while working closely with senior team members.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using HubSpot for CRM, email automation, and reporting.
  • Comfortable presenting or speaking on webinars.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Support SEO, website optimisation, and content updates to drive organic traffic and improve conversion.
  • Manage retargeting, nurture, and re-engagement (“wake the dead”) campaigns in our CRM.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise for reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Contribute to blogs, thought leadership, newsletters, and case studies.
  • Create and manage organic social content across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
  • Maintain and update website content for your region.
  • Support the design and delivery of demand generation campaigns.
  • Design marketing assets (social graphics, presentations, product overviews) and ensure brand consistency across all external materials (experience with Canva and Adobe tools is highly desirable).
  • Support the planning and delivery of webinars, including content preparation and hosting.
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences and events, with occasional attendance as required.
  • Monitor industry news, policy changes, and government reform relevant to procurement and our key sectors.
  • Track customer and market developments (e.g. mergers, reforms, major initiatives) that may impact positioning.
  • Share relevant insights with the marketing team to inform campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership.
  • Maintain a rolling research log aligned to the regional marketing calendar.
  • Work closely with senior marketers to support day-to-day campaign execution.
  • Use HubSpot for campaign tracking, reporting, and automation (experience desirable).
  • Report on performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve future activity.

Benefits

  • Join a growing, purpose-driven ProcureTech company helping organisations gain clarity and control over procurement and spend.
  • Be part of a collaborative, supportive team where your work has a visible impact on growth.
  • Work across a broad mix of marketing activities in a true generalist role.
  • Build capability across digital marketing and the wider B2B marketing discipline as the business scales.
