We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution of our email, SMS, and website marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited about building, optimizing, and analyzing marketing journeys that truly support moms and families. You’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS, monitoring performance, and ensuring our website functions smoothly from a marketing perspective—including troubleshooting issues like broken links, 404s, and form flows. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both marketing operations and analytics, who can move comfortably between tools, data, and execution and most importantly is ready to learn! This role also requires someone deeply passionate about maternal health and motivated by making a real-world impact. You will bring a thoughtful, empathetic approach to communicating about pregnancy, postpartum, and infant feeding—understanding that these topics are both highly personal and clinically important. Success in this role requires a strong appreciation for evidence-based care, health equity, and the responsibility that comes with educating and engaging parents during a critical life stage.
