Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing websites, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Working knowledge of Wordpress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEMRush
  • Strong creative thinking and audience targeting skills with a focus on engagement and conversion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a high standard for visual and written content quality

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage and enhance the company’s website to support marketing strategies
  • Optimize the company website to maximize search engine performance to increase qualified inbound leads
  • Develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels to drive inbound lead generation
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce compelling and high-performing content that supports digital marketing strategies
  • Maintain and optimize analytics dashboards to track digital marketing performance and measure ROI
  • Identify and recommend improvements to digital marketing systems, platforms, and processes to improve results and support business goals
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure timely, high-quality execution of marketing initiatives
  • Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Support other departmental projects, as needed
